Built by a World Champion

PURPL is built by Alessio Lorandi, a karting and single-seater racing driver turned founder.

He won the 2013 CIK-FIA Karting World Championship (KFJ) and took WSK victories, then raced up the single-seater ladder (Formula 3 and GP3 to FIA Formula 2), including a Formula 3 win at the 2016 Pau Grand Prix.

He also took a GP3 win at Jerez in 2017, the series now run as FIA Formula 3, and started from the front row of the FIA Formula 2 sprint race at Sochi in 2018. Since 2019 he has coached drivers of his own.

PURPL comes straight out of that experience: the conviction that the data most drivers ignore is exactly where lap time hides. It's an AI telemetry coach that reads your session and tells you, in plain language, where you're slow and why.
